Atrient's surveillance software is designed to enable casino surveillance departments to manage various aspects of its operations, such as Daily Activity, Incident Reports and Profiles on disassociated patrons, all digitally. No more handwritten reports, or archiving of documents. With Atrient's Casino Surveillance Application (CSA), information is stored digitally and is easy to find.
CSA has various functions that enable surveillance departments to operate more efficiently. The core components of the software are the DAR, IR, Profile and Release Activity functions. DAR and IR reports are available and custom reports can also be created.
Customer user types can be created, including: Administrator, Supervisor, and Operator. Certain features an operations can be designated to specific user types, based on access level.
Visitors and operators can log their daily in/out activity, which will be stored in a database, eliminating the need to file activity log sheets. Any information that is released from the surveillance department can also be logged into the system.
Atrient can also integrate with digital video to capture specific claps associated with an incident report. Links to such clips can be sent to requesting personnel and automatically expire after a designated time period.
